Candidate's Frequently Asked Questions

If you have questions, it’s likely they have already been asked in the past. We have put together this guide of FAQs in order to provide a resource for all of our candidates! This list is constantly being updated and added to. In order to get your questions answered faster, please check this list before reaching out to your recruiter.

You will receive an email from inviting you to our online portal. You can access your account at and log in with your credentials. Your username and temporary password can be found in the same email. If the email is deleted or you cannot find it, please reach out to our IT Department by sending an email to with the subject Login Retrieval, to retrieve your login.

Our medical professionals will be paid weekly once they start working. Pay is deposited on the first Friday after the close of the pay period.

You can access your pay stubs on ADP’s website. Click the three lines on the top corner of the mobile app, select Myself > Pay > Pay Statement. There you can change your tax withholdings and deductions as well.

Every week, Sunday to Saturday

Saturday at midnight, anything after will be processed the following week.

A week after your hours have been entered into ADP.

Insurance benefits begin on the first day you start working. You will get an email from our insurance broker to fill out all the information.

The signing bonus will be paid after a nurse has worked for four weeks.

No, stipends will be paid weekly as you are paid for hours worked.

Reimbursement requests must be sent to with the subject line “REIMBURSEMENT” You must attach your receipt to the email and it will need to be approved.

If you live in a state that requires quarantine, the candidate receives two weeks, 80 hours at their regular pay rate. Once your contract ends, we will need a letter from a provider or documentation supporting your claim. 

No, you must be recording your hours in the ADP system which is our payroll system. Logging hours into the institution does not record your time for payroll purposes.

Yes, the hours are guaranteed. You will enter your hours into ADP as HOLDING. All holding time requires special approval.

No, you should only be logging worked time. Commute time to and from work is not an action for which you clock time.  If you are required to travel as part of your job responsibilities during scheduled worked hours, you will be required to log this time. 

No. Due to only have a single payroll period we are only able to process one paycheck per person per period.

No, we have elected to stay with our existing payroll system ADP.

Email your direct supervisor for approval then forward that email to, subject line “PTO”.

While on personal leave, Eminent does not reimburse rapid testing fees incurred upon return.

Any missed days of work are considered unplanned absences and will affect your bonus and could ultimately affect your contractual agreement, depending on the amount of unplanned absences. Contractual agreements include 14 days of quarantine pay. If you are requiring quarantine pay, a physician’s note will be required to receive quarantine pay.
